Workflow templates can be created using a graphical and highly intuitive drag and drop interface. All reviews and approvals are based on the most current version of the document and are fully secure. All tasks can be managed and executed from a single task console within eInfotree. The eInfotree File Vault maintains complete traceability of all changes along with any comments or discussions eliminating the need to maintain paper copies of all documents. Notifications can be configured based on task or workflow status.
