What is required to become a CIMCON Reseller Partner?

The CIMCON APAC Reseller Partner Program is for technology vendors who:

Have a demonstrable experience in the sale and deployment of large enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and SCM etc.

  • Have necessary willingness, resources and infrastructure required to join and adapt to the program.
  • Are interested in adding the industry's leading solution to their product suite.
  • Are committed to the planning, development and implementation of a sustainable and profitable partnership with CIMCON.

What do I have to do to become a Reseller?

Becoming a Reseller is easy, click here for instructions. Once CIMCON has received and approved your application, you will receive Reseller kit, a user name and password for Partner Site to promote CIMCON’s products.

What am I required to do as a CIMCON Reseller?

  • Represent CIMCON professionally
  • Actively promote CIMCON products to your customers
  • Get hands on online training on CIMCON’s products
  • Keep a dedicated sales team to market the products
  • Include CIMCON’s product information on you company website

Is there an enrollment fees?

The APAC Reseller Partner Program is available without any enrollment fees to partners.

Should I send marketing materials with my application or interest form?

Inclusion of your marketing materials is not mandatory but is very helpful in the decision process.

What marketing Materials are available to me as a CIMCON Reseller?

CIMCON Resellers are issued a user name and password to log in our Partner Extranet. The Marketing and Sales Support Link holds Marketing support Information for you to promote the products. It includes e-brochures, webinars, demonstrations, logos and images for each product to use on your company’s website/marketing material. CIMCON strongly encourages all Reseller Partners to list CIMCON’s product information, logos/images on their company website.

What support options are available?

All Resellers are entitled to free self-help marketing and technical support using online resources such as – Webinars, demonstrations and technical references. Advanced technical queries can be mailed to CIMCON. A member of our experienced technical support team will provide you with the support you need.

What operating Systems are currently supported?

CIMCON’s products support Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000 or Windows XP Operating Systems

Who are CIMCON’s customers?

CIMCON’s customers include top Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Space, Oil and gas, Power Sector companies and Governments; Wyeth, Pfizer, Merck, Johnson and Johnson, Noro Nordisk, Yamatake Industrial Systems, ONGC are some of our valuable clientele. How do I know when new product information or new announcements are released?

CIMCON will distribute emails to Resellers when important product information is released. Resellers should also check the Partner Website on a regular basis for news, information, and product promotions.
