File Vault
Documents in eInfotreeLive are stored in a file vault with a hierarchical storage scheme. It would be possible to store all documents into the single system. Documents are stored in the hierarchical menu tree and can be organized well based on their form, structure and function. It is possible to create parent-child associations within the menu tree in order to enable the organization of the documents.
Store and manage files in virtually any format such as procedures, specifications and qualification protocols in MS Word format, MS Excel spreadsheets, drawings in AutoCAD or Visio format, manuals in Adobe PDF format, and MS Project schedules. Seamlessly link to files on the corporate network or store them securely in the eInfotree database repository.
